Gridcoin Research 3.4.5.3/MSI=26.8
Leisure Upgrade

- Added list magnitude CPID (So you can pull up the magnitude report/RSA for any CPID)
- Made the earliest stake time / cpid time use the index for voting to speed up the voting process (Note: This will take 10 more days to backfill in the index, so it will not make any immediate difference today).
- Update NN Quorum data on NN overview page every 5 blocks
- Removed slight inefficiency in NN and added the signature to list explainmagnitude (this will take a while to propogate)

- Upgraded listtransactions to handle coinstake subsidy, coinstake recipient, and account properly
- Added -zapwallettxes (please test)

Gridcoin Research 3.4.6.1/MSI=27.3
Leisure Upgrade

- Added auto-column width to voting list
- Added BL rule for superblocks enforcing maximum average mag to prevent corrupt superblocks
- Added Gridcoin Foundation DAC Phase I.  Added ability to enter DAC expenses or DAC campaigns.
Enter a new campaign by clicking Advanced | Foundation | Expenses | Submit New Expense | Choose Campaign
Note: You must submit a proposal by attaching a document.  Click Submit.  The Campaign will be added to the Foundation Voting system.
Enter a new Expense (This is designed to be used with Approved campaigns).
Enter the Expense, attach the PDF scan of the invoice to the expense, and click submit.  The Expense will be voted on in the Foundation voting system.
Coming Soon: DAC Reports, balance sheet, income statement, etc.
- Added ability to Vote on a campaign or expense.  Click Foundation, right click on a campaign.
(Separate screen for general votes, campaign votes and expense votes).
- Added online virus scanning for the attachments.  Note, if you want to review a campaign or expense before voting on it, double click it, and Virus Scan the attachment
before Opening it.  If the Virus scan comes up "no file found" then it 'appears' to be clean.  I tested this new system with cgminer.exe successfully.
Note that we should only be attaching safe files such as PDFs to campaigns.
- Modified the ticket system to use the virus scanner.
- Added Azure distributed file system so we can store files off chain with a d-dos proof, distributed file system with high performance (only attachments are stored this way so far, off chain
  transactions with files coming soon)
- Moved Gridcoin Ticket system to Azure distributed SQL SAAS, so we have no single point of failure and SQL server is ddos proof and requires no backups (replicated across many nodes)
