  1. It Matters not if a Method of Exchange is Physical, Digital, Paper or Crypto, if it can-not be Directly Converted into Fundamental Commodities at a Published and Transparent Conversion Rate, it's not ‘Backed’ by Anything. A True 'Capital Currency' Should Never Experience Significant Volatility, a True 'Capital Currency' Should Always Produce a Dividend. The System Alluded to in this Paper Will Effectively Govern for Resiliency and Value Appreciation. Hallmarks of a Trust-less, Transparent and Valued Method of Exchange. Although Bitcoin, Ethereum, et al., may be Directionally and Conceptually Correct, they are far from being Complete Fin-Tech EcoSystem Solutions. This proposal represents one dedicated team’s best efforts to envision such an EcoSystem Solution. The landing page outlines the basic theory (conceptual white-paper); any advice, observations, questions or concerns are welcomed. All contributors will be justly compensated.

  3. A True 'Capital Reserve Currency' Should Never Experience Significant Volatility. The System Alluded to in this Paper Will Effectively Govern for Stability, Resiliency and Appreciability. Hallmarks of a Trustless, Valued and Transparent Method of Exchange (MOE). Unless the MOE is ‘community adjudicated’ as advantageous to Hold and Save. Unless it Finds High-Value Utility in Commerce, is a Secure Store of Value for Future Trade, and is Highly Valued as a Trustless and Transparent MOE, ‘It Can Not Rule, It Will Not Endure’. 6. MOE Farms' long awaited coin offering (SBX) has launched December 17, 2017. The first altcoin truly backed by actual assets and production; with a 512-camera security system delivering the industry's first revolutionary production observation platform accessible by token holders 24/7 through any web-enabled device. Feedback and questions welcome. http://moefarms.com/ico.html
  7. @Kinetic This one will knock your socks off: MOE Farms ICO: Backed by actual assets and production
  8. Appreciate the opportunity. It is a complex project with a lot of moving parts. However, I can assure you if you have the time and patience, and the interest, I can quickly take you through the math, the engineering and the science behind what is now a project, 3 years in the making. It is high-tech, high touch and high value. At the very least, I think you will find the time informative and authentic. We tell our story in a clumsy way, I’m sure because we’ve spent our careers in operations, not really getting the opportunity to talk about them. Any advice or counsel would be greatly appreciated. If there is anything of special interest or concern, that would be helpful in guiding our responses. Thanks again for the opportunity to practice telling the story.
  9. Hello, All products and services across all lines are contracted out to capacity through multi-year agreements with top tier customers. It has authentic, meaningful, durable and highly sought-after messages and experiences. Highly motivated and affluent customer groups and end user base at highly concentrated points of distribution. It took 3 years for feasibilities, engineering, field tests and verification to develop what is the MOE Farms business model. As for the tokens (SBX), a very solid and conservative 5-year pro-forma shows each SBX as having Net Asset Value plus cash to be $2.89 in fiscal year 3, with 75M SBX in circulation and a maximum of 100M SBX ever. We believe this could support a $25.00 per token price in year 3 based on cash from earnings, net value of the underlying physical assets and margin. In one sentence, the thing I like most about this model, from a financial perspective, it is capacity-driven, not sales or marketing, and better than Apple margins. Thank you for your questions and the opportunity to dialogue with you on this matter. Hope you find this both brief and of service. Thank you for your time and attention.
  10. @Jimmy Piggy Went to Market MOE Farms: http://moefarms.com
  11. @Jimmy Hello Jimmy, Apologize for the tardy response. We are up to our eyebrows in alligators, tying up loose ends and getting the lipstick on our pig. Appreciate your inquiry and your graceful support. As is easy to see, we are not coders or programmers, but owners and operators. We have a very diverse background and one of the best management teams operating at this level as you are likely to encounter. We come from very traditional backgrounds in business, meaning that all of the projects that we have funded in the past have been in the form of private placements, asset-based fundings, VC’s etc. This is not our largest project to date and we are sure not the largest going forward, however, we are all convinced here that it is the most important project we will ever serve. It was just this past March that we were made aware of ICO’s as an ideal path, combining the transparency of fund administration with the mobility and liquidity among other features. To demonstrate our commitment to the project, the founders and management team will exercise no control over token holders’ funds at any time. In addition to this, all founders and developer team tokens will be in locked escrow and will remain there until project is cash-flow positive; anticipated to be 3rd quarter 2019. In regards to who is running the project, yes, we are the founders, owners and operators. As regards the website, again we are not coders or programmers. We do however, believe in going to war with the army you have, not the one you wish you had. The site was quite simply repurposed to provide information to contractors, vendors and our Limited Partners. It was never meant to be a part of an ICO or even an e-comm site. So your criticism is authentic and warranted and we appreciate it. Hope this response provides a bridge to further exploration of any continued interest. Best regards, Jeff
  12. MOE Farms ICO Announcement Immanent Would appreciate any constructive criticism as we are still polishing our whitepaper and seeking input and feedback. We are developers and operators, not programmers or coders. Website is http://moefarms.com. Most of the ICO-relevant information, sans whitepaper, is located on the right side in the gold navigation bar. Thank you for your consideration, Lloyd Wallace and Jeff Oslin MOE Farms Executive Management
  13. Hello, Appreciate the cogent outreach. Please take the time to visit the website; I think you will find the business model to be as fascinating as it is unique. Truly one-of-a-kind. At the moment, we are polishing the whitepaper, but for us that is just simply an exercise in bridging the gap in understanding between hard income producing assets and ICO/blockchain technology. It is a large, complex project with a lot of moving parts that fit together seamlessly in a truly closed-loop eco-system. One of the best parts about the business model is that it's not sales driven, but capacity driven. As all of the products and services produced are pre-sold through multi-year purchase agreements to top-tier customers. It is completely grid independent in every sense of the meaning and virtually all inputs and outputs are generated on-site. Look forward to a call at your earliest convenience. Be prepared to have your socks knocked off. Kindest regards, Lloyd Wallace (940) 256-4318 http://moefarms.com
  14. Our company is doing an ICO backed by real assets and production. One of the issues we are debating is how to manage fund administration through a public ledger. In other words, the founders and managers of the company do not want to personally manage the allocations and disbursements to vendors, contractors, service providers, etc. At no point, will funds be controlled or accessed by anyone other than token holders-escrow agent. All funds are to be wired directly into contractors, vendors and service providers accounts with contractor scheduling. Funds are administered and allocated by token holders. The management. team does not control funds at any time. Disbursements are in accord with build-out schedule and proof-of-work, invoices for work completed are submitted and third party on-site certification (i.e. County Judge, County Commissioner, etc.) and hundreds of on-site security cameras that any token holder can access 24/7 from any web browser enabled device. Any thoughts on could this be achieved?
