  1. wow, seriously people need to stop selling so low... raise the price of this very very undervalued coin!
  2. err

We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP. Findblocks disabled, new blocks will currently not show up in the frontend
  3. I have around 10,500,000 of these right now and hold each and every one of them. I too think this coin is undervalued at the moment. I would love to see it go to $0.05-0.1 / adc ;-)
  4. It seems our POW phase has indeed ended (slightly earlier than i expected). POS blocks do count toward the overall height meaning we have less pow blocks meaning less total coins from pow. factoring this in, we expected our actual total POW coins to be a lot less than we were originally expecting. wow, so then now let's see the coin skyrocket in price!
  5. yea I host the site in Canada, but the problem is making sure that residents from a regulated state are not "customers", in other words block any possible IP address from residents of New York State.
  6. The problem with that approach is that I still think there's too much room for a law suit. I was considering possibly trying to block access via IP address restrictions, however, at this point I do not know the best way to do this.
  7. the problem is most "pool operators" are small time guys who would not have the resources to stand up to a court proceeding. The law is just ridiculous in what it requires of pool operators: Each licensee must also maintain a bond or trust account in United States dollars for the benefit of its customers in such form and amount as is acceptable to DFS for the protection of the licensee’s customers.Read more: http://www.businessi...7#ixzz3fIhEgCG0 Each Licensee shall designate a qualified employee to serve as the Licensee’s Chief Information Security Officer (“CISO”) responsible for overseeing and implementing the Licensee’s cyber security program and enforcing its cyber security policy.Read more: http://www.businessi...7#ixzz3fIhbYxZv Each Licensee shall designate a qualified individual or individuals responsible for coordinating and monitoring compliance with NYDFS’ BitLicense regulatory framework and all other applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. This is the government clearly afraid of the technology and less willing to embrace it. I have one word for this and that is luddite I have a feeling this is related to a lot of "fat cats" afraid they wont be able to buy another yat this fiscal year. Keep your fingers out of the pie, don't you have another country to go bother.

  9. So I realize this is a bit late in terms of posting, but since Eobot has decided to block NYS customers I also am now pulling my mining pool, at least temporarily because I have not blocked NYS customers. So question for all other pool operators. What have you done to protect yourself and your pool against this ridiculous law in New York State? Are you blocking NYS customers?
  10. hahahah why don't you just wait until the dev fixes the coin...
  11. yes, because the blockchain forked... see above...
