What Is Bitcoin?

Created by Satoshi Nakamoto in 2009, Bitcoin is a crypto currency that cuts out the need for middle men during financial transactions. Transaction fees are comparatively low and no person details are required making your financial activity pseudo-anonymous.

All Bitcoin transactions are stored on a publically viewable ledger called The Blockchain. This immutable ledger provides a high level of security and trust and hence is being adopted by many companies and governments as a means of storing data and maintaining lists. As a result for the increasing demand and applications of Bitcoin, its value is rising.

How To Get Bitcoin?

Normally you would obtain Bitcoin from exchanges like Bittrex or sites like Coinbase. In both cases you would be required to supply personal and bank details. You would then buy Bitcoin from those sites using your own money. And now with Bitcoin hitting an all time high, it has never been more popular, but also expensive. However, there is another way to get your hands on some Bitcoin.

Bitcoin Faucets

There are a number of websites and apps that reward use of their site/services with a small amount of Bitcoin, usually 1/100,000,000th of a Bitcoin. Also known as a Satoshi. The amount of Satoshi given away by faucets can vary wildly and usually requires users to watch/click ads or complete surveys.

Luckily Bitcoin Faucet websites like this are popping up. There is no need to fill out surveys or watch lots of video ads. Simply play with the fidget spinner, upgrading it as you play. The better your spinner becomes, the more you can earn.
